Who’s got the time?

Even when you know that a mindfulness practice will help you (because it definitely will), it can be difficult to establish and maintain a good habit.

So Mindful Moments are 10 minutes of guided meditation. Short enough to fit into even the busiest of schedules. Long enough to make a difference.

And importantly: live sessions.

Being part of a group, being seen, being missed and being in your diary can provide the accountability that you just don’t get with recordings, apps and self-guided practice.

Simple

There’s one guided meditation each week. It’s held on Zoom so you can attend wherever you are.

That’s it.

Life is complicated enough. This isn’t.

FAQ

  • We meet every Wednesday at 1pm for 15 minutes.

    I’m based in the UK so that’s 1pm Greenwich Mean Time. Plus British Summer Time when applicable.

  • We meet every Wednesday.

    Please note that we don’t meet during school holidays and I have a small but perfectly formed library of recordings to tide you over.

    That means no live mediation on the following 2024 dates:

    29th May

    24th and 31st July

    No live meetings in August

    23rd October

    25th December

  • This membership is £30 for an annual subscription.

    It is included as part of a paid membership to Ebb and Flow.

  • The sessions are a mixture of classic mindfulness meditations and seasonal visualisation.

  • Members of Ebb and Flow get Mindful Moments as part of that broader membership so you don’t have to pay for both.
